Classes can be booked optionally at any time during your stay. Our open-air meditation hall, the sounds of the sea, and experienced teachers create the ideal conditions for transformation.

Yoga for Every Level

Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, Bali Mandala offers yoga daily to meet you exactly where you are. Our resident yoga teacher Ayu guides classes in a variety of styles — from gentle Hatha to Yoga Nidra and Pranayama practices — in our dedicated 120 sqm meditation hall.

The meditation hall is equipped with a professional sound system, yoga mats and props, meditation cushions, and everything needed for a complete practice.

Individual guests joining us are welcome at all daily classes. Our group sessions of 1 hour can be booked additionally at any time during your stay. Private lessons and individual retreats are available on request.

Our evening session allow you to simply sit in silence, make friends with and come home to your Self.

We are open to all meditative traditions and welcome our guests to join our 20 minutes evening meditation after consultation.
