11 individually designed bungalows with 16 lovingly furnished rooms in classic Balinese style stand out for their natural simplicity. Tasteful Balinese furniture and fabrics underline the beauty of the place and create the space to arrive within yourself and feel at home.
We have deliberately chosen to forgo air conditioning and minibars. Instead, the rooms are equipped with fans and generous mosquito nets. The sound of the sea and the splendour of the tropical garden can be enjoyed in peace from a spacious veranda.
Particularly charming are the semi-open Balinese bathrooms, known as mandis — small tropical courtyards fitted with hot and cold water, a toilet, and a sink. Water-spouting dragons, dolphins, and mythical creatures invite you to shower beneath the palms.

Set just above the black lava beach, the elevated restaurant offers sweeping views across the sea. Guests are spoiled at the buffet, especially with Asian specialities.
The Ayurveda-inspired kitchen offers a wide selection of delicious vegetarian dishes — tofu, tempeh, chicken from the local market, and fish straight from the fishermen next door.
The much-praised meals are prepared fresh each day with care by our wonderful kitchen team. They are nourishing, generous, and easy on the body. With sustainability in mind, we prioritize unprocessed produce from local suppliers — so our varied menu shifts with what is in season at the market.
The cosy lounge below the restaurant offers free Wi-Fi alongside fresh coconuts, home-baked cakes, cappuccino and other coffee specialities, fresh fruit juices, lassis, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
Drinking water, a variety of teas, Balinese coffee, and fresh fruit are available throughout mealtimes and are included in your booking.
Meditation Hall – Seminar Space
The heart of Bali Mandala is the 120 m² meditation hall overlooking the sea.
From the moment you step inside, you are met with a feeling of openness and spaciousness — a place of stillness and quiet power.
Built as an octagon and ringed by sliding glass doors, the hall combines a high Balinese roof and a cool terrazzo floor — creating a comfortable climate for yoga, meditation, and seminars.
The Grounds
On the lawn beneath shady trees, you can let your gaze drift across the sea, watch the fishermen at work, or simply daydream.
For those who want to stay active, there is the option to rent a kayak or discover stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
Watched over by the water-giving goddess Devi, a beautiful spring-water pool by the sea offers cooling refreshment.
